On PC you pay to play, while on XBOX 360 or PS3 you pay to be Online. Not for the gameplay itself. So that's why I think they shouldn't make it for other consoles. And I think that more people should get a PC, way better hand-to-eye movement
What you talkin' about Willis? I don't pay to go online with my PS3.

I absolutely agree with you on this.

Personally, I don't care if someone plays the game on an xbox. HOWEVER, I do not want to see developer resources sidetracked to support it. There will never be enough resources to get everything done in a complex MMO such as this, so NO I don't want to see an xbox port.

I think the graphics hardware in an xbox360, which is very much optimized for fine quality FPS play, is not capable of playing this game well anyway. I know the processor and memory are insufficient for sure.
When you find yourself surrounded by hostile Clowns... always go for the "Juggler" first.

The only thing then is latency.
Do you even understand what a cloud server is? The cloud server is just a bunch of servers networked together and in some cases have a common file system. They are nothing special. Trying to store the game on the clould is just going to slow it down because the network pipe is much slower than a SATA II or SATA III bus in your computer. They most likely use SAN networks for storage which are slower than SATA II or SATA III. Basically there is no way the cloud could deliver files to you system faster than your local harddrive. Not going to happen.

Have you ever tried onlive, seen onlive or had onlive. me thinks not. Add to that the xbox 720 is suppossed to be amd parts and more powerful then the average pc so it aint beyond the realms of doable once that thing is out.

Why not?

The majority of console players would play the "BH-Mercenary and Trooper-Commando"
*Why?

All you have do to is key-bind "Tracer missile or gravity round to your "A" button"
* Grats you can play mmo's now.
* The faster your smash the button, the more skill you get.

Agree 100%.

They are not the same product and they do not have the same customer base!

Making games PC and console friendly has almost destroyed the PC game business completely. I'd say Bioware and Bethesda are the two companies that have been the most successful at making decent games that can be played on both, but one can't help to think just how awesome those games might have been had they not been dumbed down for the console market.

I was originally a PC gamer, moved to xbox and now am doing both. I wanted this for the 360, in some ways still do (big screen) In all honesty though I would have been happier with at least games for windows live compatability. I miss my Achievements.
They made my chains out of triple strength starship hull armor....So I'm gonna be a little while.

LOL, this.

And for the record, this is one reason why I never could seem to get into the ME seires. When I played it, the interface felt like the most OBVIOUS port from a console that I just couldn't play it through. Based on what I'm hearing about ME3's ending I suppose I'm glad I DIDN'T play it through.

Tell Me what you think?
God no ...

MMOs restricted to only what, 8 buttons? No thank you.

DCUO was a pretty fun game but they made it cross platform, my hero had easily, 16 different powers, I had to pick only 8.
