I have a level 50 marauder was my 1st character We have it so easy now any jug i play with puts guard on me and its easy mode they need to roll the damage output back a bit

GBTF and Undying rage is easily countered with:

A knockback
A stun
or running away.

Yawn.

Well to be honest full heal tree in pvp is pointless imo. There is a total lack of control. Speccing into heals and tele (for the control and to prevent going OOF) gives me a chance of surviving long enough for someone to come help me out when I start getting attacked.

You got two stuns, shield probe, evasion, stealth, heals, snares, and you say you would trade all that for 5 seconds immunity? I think you should just do yourself a favor and quit playing your class and stop embarrassing yourself on forums. Not to mention you are comparing a class who is supposed to get out of stealth, burst the target and vanish again to a class which is out in the open all the time and is likely to get targeted more then any other class.

Also, it is really amusing to see how all these mara/sent threads are piling up, starting as their dmg is over the top, which haven't changed much besides ravage getting 23% dmg buff (15% from 1.2 8% if speced, meaning guardians/jugernauts got the same buff) to that, that their dmg is actually fine but its the undying rage/guarded by the force which is the huge problem and making all mara/sents immortal. Its pathetic really, same people crying about every single class so far.
You can see how OP they are in pre 50's bracket, where pathetic 40 lvl + maras/sents do 100k+ dmg in full voidstar, my guess its the same people who shouted "no maras pls" at the launch, and are now flooding newbie areas with their lame maras/sents, but are just about the realize their full extent of their OPines, when they hit lvl 50 brackets. Its those people who are ruining pvp, besides surprising/unnecessary changes to expertise stat.

Particularly, since 1.2, TTK has been lowered, thanks to the expertise contributing more to DPS than healing and mitigating. People die very quick, unless they play their maras, who will most likely have a much longer time alive on average than any other class, even tanks, unless they're using tank gear, but then, they're pretty much useless anyway. If you cancel all the defensive cooldowns with each others, one can claim a mara / sent will live 6 seconds or more longer than any of the other classes that don't have the luxury of extending their time alive (and if a healer is focus healing a mara that popped UR, the mara will get back at 50% + HP and the ennemy can't do squat to counter this) . And since people die very quick since the last patch, witnessing a mara kill 1 -2 people, pop undying rage at 10% HP, pop stealth, get healed, etc, it just magnifies the imbalance. A good mara can say /no I won't die, and can and should use everything in their power to survive, and that's why people are here screaming imbalance, because all the other classes have to hit the respawn button more often than the best damage dealing class of the game.

On my Operative healer, for example, I have an assault vanguard on me, ok, he's got 1 interrupt, 1 pull, 2 short stuns, no roots. I can live with that, and if I get helped by a friend, he'll die before I'm out of resources. If I have a sent on me, I'll get chain interrupted with leaps, interrupts, he'll root me, basically, I'm in trouble, I can't kite, a friend comes and help me, it takes a lot more time to get rid of him thanks to his defensive CDs, etc, the only way to get away is to pop stealth, on a 3min CD. Like I said, they're the class that gives me the most trouble, maybe on par with Assassins when I play my full BM vanguard, hard to say wich one is the best, but on my healer the sent is the one I fear the most. They're pretty potent DPS-wise, and with their defensive CDs, it's just a tad bit too much imo.

Every class I play is OP, apparently.

The biggest problem with Marauders and Assassins, is that in almost every other MMO, ranged classes are completely faceroll. In this game, you have to actually be a good player and kite, correctly use cooldowns, CC, and burst if you want to play a ranged class.

The tables have turned on ranged! Lololol
