Also I'm unsubbing because of BW's continuous imcompetence and lack of prioritizing the important things that need to be added. Also all the other greater titles coming out this weekend.

This game had so much potential, but fell very short. It's honestly sad to me, I wanted the game to soar but it just didn't even get off the ground.. Even as I write this, I feel disappointed that this game is just an empty vessel of an mmo (literally with all the **** servers and lack of end game).

I think the most annoying thing is BW should be jumping through hoops for us to not migrate to other MMOs coming out this weekend/very soon, but it just seems business as usual for BW...

Greater is a matter of opinion....

If you are crying about end game then you won't be happy with GW2 as there is none.

I have been saying for years that what people post here is NOT the common opinion of players, but a tiny and non-random subset of them. That is why polls on forums like these are meaningless, it isn’t random players, not any kind of random sampling, and certainly not even a tiny fraction of actual players.

The interesting part to me is their desire to try and get other people to quit.

That narrows down the motives quite a bit, and none of those motives are good ones.

1. BioWare fully understands that the forums represent a vocal minority, not the average player that is the bread and butter of their business.

2. BioWare has actual statistics on subscriptions and concurrent players, and can react to what is actually happening as opposed to what you perceive is happening.

3. Many in the rest of the community are fairly eager to see the MMO-of-the-Day crowd move on, so you are not likely to see a community outcry either.

I don't know, I get a dirty car sales man feeling about a pay to play game with all those micro-transactions for in-game benefits. That is what keeps me from trying/playing TSW.

I see. So, someone (me) is actually genuinely interested in what happened to you to cause this dissatisfaction with the team, and really wants to know what happened, and you put them on ignore.

That is telling in so many ways I cannot even begin...

There are 2 games that might make me drop this one. GW2 and Mechwarrior online. It will depend on how good they really are.

Yeah I dream for the day when you can visit the official forum and not be subject to the temper tantrum of the minuet.
