It's been 3 days since my email regarding the fact that I didn't receive an email that Asia Pacific transfers were available, hence me missing out on xfers which is a deal breaker for me. So... At least give me an answer so I know whether to wait or cancel the sub now before another payment goes through.

Will I still be getting my xfer or do I miss out due to your mistake. Thanks
