I don't believe I received the pet (or ever will, according to the email I got saying I would) despite having an active account. I'm a bit confused as to what "active subscriber" means. I thought it included people using game time codes, though maybe not, since I have game time card on my account, but not an active subscription (??).

I just looked at my subscription under my account and noticed they added my 30 days on there... I'm yet to log into the game to see if I have the Tauntaun yet.

I'm at work but i logged in and my renewal date is the 27th of each month and mine has been bumped by 30 days so it looks good from my point of view and I'll find out about the tauntaun when I get home in 3 and a half hours

That is numerically written as 25.04.2012 (one does not write out or abbreviate the name of the month) which looks like the first two numbers are ordinals, and are thus even pronounced as such.

My account right now as of 12:42 Pacific time shows that I do have the 30 days credit, but as of right now no Tauntaun pet. I do assume I'll get one, but do find it a bit odd that I haven't yet, given I do have the 30 days now. Addendum: Just got my pets, one per character of course.

The Tauntaun pet and the extra game time are part of separate promotions, and thus are being distributed by separate processes. It should be no surprise that they arrive at different times. Keep calm, and hold on until after their stated "no later than" time before worrying.

The free 30 days was credited to my account when I checked this morning. Also, my characters all had TaunTauns in their mail box as well. Cute little fella. He seems to have ADD though as he's a little slow to follow from the stopped position sometimes.
When you find yourself surrounded by hostile Clowns... always go for the "Juggler" first.
