Some people are easy to please, and I admire that. I just hate constant lying, misinformation or lack of information at all, and then nerfing something that didn't need it while buffing something that didn't need it either.
my fps is 120+ whole the time only in the fleet its 30-50 so i dont see any problems maybe upgrade your computer ?

Gah! I hate you.

But you're absolutely right...it's a cross between my 'puter and my "gosh it's lovely to live out here amongst nature and all but 'Net connectivity? Hahahahahahahaha".

Are you trying to say that you have had 120 fps even on Ilum when it was still active? Because I really doubt that.
Also I didn't have any problems with fps (besides Ilum) either but lots of my guild mates have them running SWTOR on decent machines.

No one gets 120 fps in an Ilum RvR fight.
Real Star Wars space combat please, not Star Wars Fox! Maybe some PvP and flight too?

If his PC meets or exceeds the minumum publlished spec tehn he has the right to expect a reasonable gaming experience.

Of course if the published spec was higher less people would buy...in any event a company can always try and optimise after they have your money

...and Ilum with 40+ v 40+ was a slideshow regardless of spec.

It depends. In game - ask kindly, actually I'm enjoying to help virtualy. In life... well my boss often is screaming in my face, demanding from me an impossible. Just like everyday work of a graphic designer in advert agency. (this job in general have one common thing - screaming bosses ) If someone ask me kindly I just smile at him, say "ok honey", and go back to what I was doing. Yea, lazy one here. Screaming in general makes people do work. If there's no scream there's no need to hurry. It doesn't apply only to children as someone here would like to make one of us ^^

Sure I could be nicer. Acutaly I was xx posts before. Long ago and forgotten.

Also - there was no game in gaming industry history that players actually achieved anything just by sitting quiet and smiling at each other. Keep this in mind.

Peacefull discussion is great indeed - there are just some barriers. You see I understand that some of us have diffrent viewpoints. But there's not much to talk about viewpoint when one person argues everything and nother says something like "nop, the cake is a lie". Furthermore attitude presented by some is like even if BW actually would made bigges crap in the universe - they still would say that's perfectly fine (that's exactly Appleboy attitude). No, objectively it's not perfectly fine (besides that objectivity itself is a lie in common).

Denying problems won't help as well as flaming. But as long as mindless denying won't stop as long flame will burn. 1st rule of the internet - by me. Pretty accurate though.

You realize with this specs game looking like this should have an avg of 300 fps, right? This is what is called optimization you know. Or lack of optimization in this particular case. And I would actualy called your case lucky one - people with similar specs have half of this FPS or even drops and freezing - TOR doesn't like some certain setups.

The voice over is cool, the quests are fun but the overall feel of the game is more of a first person epic alt rolling adventure. The PVP is very WoW orientated, look they even tried to put in a rated system like the Arenas. The gear grind just turned into a gear abortion. Balance changes that made it totally unbalanced. When you are on a pvp server and the most people on a open pvp planet is 3 then there is something wrong with this game. Everyone rerolled fatman just to have some sort of feeling of a full server. Anyway there is nothing else out there right now and nothing to come in the future. Maybe that is the reason why I am so disappointed in this game. We were told this game was going to have a ton to offer, but in the end they fell very short. To much time spent on voice acting, and pretty worlds, not enough time on real game content and overall pvp
Then redirect us to that game which gives us what we want. I don't think people would be foolish enough to endure something they don't enjoy if there were something better within reach.
