Oh he understands allright. He will however keep arguing on and on why he's right because doing otherwise would (in his mind) make him LOSE. And there is a category of people who just can't stand losing because it would undermine their sense of self-worth. So he will argue on and on, grasping at straws, finding more and more ridiculous reasons why he can't possibly be wrong, without realizing that the best way to save his dignity would be a simple short post "You know what, after thinking it over maybe you guys are right".

And, with that realization, i will end my participation in this 'debate'. Have fun!

everything else you said is irrelevent. We have a winner, it's underlined. Even bolded for the dense.

Again post something they've said about this event, if you were right, then why havent they ? According to you it's clearly against tos, right ? why havent they confirmed it ? Big surprise.
It has been explained to you multiple times why they do not inform us of glitches until after they can no longer be exploited. The fact that you are unable to comprehend that explanation truly tests the limits of believability.

If I was on a PvE Server and saw a group of people who blocked the Vendor as you described I would report them too. That is griefing. If a group of players are at the vendor and exploding and you happen to get hit (which in turn makes you flagged) then you get ganked. That would remind me to take the vaccine.
I don't have those problems because I'm on a PvP Server that up to this point didn't have very much World PvP.
The funny thing is that there really isn't a whole lot of PvP people on the PvP server. We are pretty much downing Raids.

The terms of service apply to every event. They don't have to tell you to follow the terms of service every time you find an exploit. In fact, they specifically avoid this. Several people have explained this and quoted the terms of service. Forcing PvP on a player who is on a PvE server is always against the terms of service. This is spelled out in the terms of service. You really should read the terms of service.

Any form of rationalizing like "this is a pvp event" or "if it was exploit they would have told me" and the like is irrelevant. You attack the other player without his consent on a PvE server = you are using an exploit.
where is the agreement if you ride into the ffa area ? You are warned. The announcements warn you of the plague, you were warned. You were given a immunity potion against it that lasted 4/5 hours I'd say it was intentional and not a glitch. to those saying it is a glitch and something should be done about it. why would they if they won't even say it was a glitch ?? See, you are wrong.

Yep, for the dense it should be bolded and maybe they would read the part where they didn't announce or admit to the glitch until after they had the opportunity to address it. Maybe the dense would need it to be bolded that the company doesn't announce glitches while it is still possible to exploit them.

Then perhaps you should read it again. The admitted it was a glitch AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY FIXED IT.

On Drooga's Pleasure Barge, (PVE server), some imperials flagged themselves, got on their mounts, and then positioned themselves on top of the jawa Vendor in such a specific way that it prevented anyone from acquiring a clickable target on the vendor (two hours before the event's conclusion). A few of us sacrificed ourselves by flagging and trying to use cuncussion-type abilities to push them away from the vendor, but they were always able to reposition and prevent players from accessing the Jawa.

This is griefing... and I'm quite sure that some of the players ended up not being able to spend the DNA they had to grind all week for. That's shameful.

People on both sides should stop to remember that there's a person on the other side of the opposing player's computer. PVPing someone unawares is one thing, but preventing players from having access to reward content that they worked hard for, is just thoughtless.
Isn't it delightfully ironic to know that if you rolled on a PvP server instead, you could have just killed them? Something to keep in mind for the future, no?
