This subtle diffrence is so subtle like distance from EU to US over Atlantic Ocean. The thing that you have luck to play on server where people are re-rolling - great for you! I mean seriously you're really a lucky guy here. Imagine that 3 out of 4 noted by me servers were full of life and now are entirely ghost towns no matter when you log in.

I did this as slowly as I could. I can't describe problem better. My lacks in English grammar and vocabulary make me unable to.
I think you're totally misunderstanding me. Now allow me to explain slowly:

I have fully acknowledged that there are servers with such a low concurrent playerbase that finding groups is all but impossible. I have fully acknowledged that server transfers are needed. I have fully acknowledged that server transfers have already begun. I have fully acknowledged the provable, quantifiable fact that subs have not decreased (BioWare has those numbers and they've commented on it), but concurrent playing has fallen sharply, as happens with all MMOs 3 months out from launch.

What you "slowly" described in your post I have already fully acknowledged ad nauseum. I don't know how you keep missing it.

I know right! I quit yet here I am, being counted as a subscriber, this game is almost like herpes. But hey, at least I get 30 free days to make posts!

That constructive criticism - so popular these days. /sigh

(I don't like how they handle their games after release - yes BF3, I'm looking at you - but seriously if you want to achieve atleast badge of troll or hater you must expand your feelings and use an arguments)

Then what in heavens are they waiting for? I've been on a dead server almost since I joined (I didn't play at launch) and have watched the server die to the point it's a bad joke. I'm just holding onto my sub for a few more weeks to pass free time, I'm long beyond frustrated waiting for them to let us transfer and have given up. How many others have already left?

You don't have to play on the server at primetime to log in, /who Republic Fleet at prime time.

Game is dying sure not as fast as warhammer but it is slowly and many people i know unsubbed and more are following. I just find it funny that most people that defend the game are on the high pop servers.
But they did do it right - especially considering the IP and the amount of interest that alone would generate. Perhaps Server ques are the norm for most MMOs at launch and players put up with them - but how many people are lost at the outset because they couldn't get in to play? It happened with me in STO - the bugs at launch prevented me from being able to play at all, and as a result I really didn't get into the game, because I never really had the chance to see if I would like it. Same thing would have happened with SWTOR - how can you know a game will captivate you and keep you playing if you can't even play in the first place?

My main server is a light server (Firaxan Shark, one of the bottom of barrel). I actually re-rolled two characters on that server because I couldn't use one of my character names on my original, more populated server. Yeah, it sucks that there aren't a lot of players on there and I wish I had picked a different server, but at least I know transfers are in the works and I am willing to wait longer than normal if that means the integrity of my character names can be kept - that's one of the differences here than in other MMOs, the games was designed for us to have a bit more invested in our characters than normal.

Now their time is up as many heavy hitters are being released starting from may till summer. Unless some amazing miracle happens swtor will be screwed.
See what I just wrote above - the Legacy is one of the unique features of this game. I would prefer that they work on that than on unnecessary and generally useless "player housing" which appears to be an MMO staple for some bizarre reason. I don't know about anyone else, but I play these types of games to explore and see the world(s), not sit in some house fawning over an area rug.

Unfortunately, that's the nature of the beast in this industry. We can pine all we want for the glory days when games needed only one or two patches in a decade of a lifetime, but that concept died out when games stopped being hundreds of lines of code to millions of lines of code. As much as we all might hate it, bugs will always be a part of every game (whether it is released early or not) for the entire lifespan of that game. Early releases, are another sad fact of the business side of things. Developers don't like them any more than the players, but if the publisher doesn't get its way, then there is no game at all - a much bigger tragedy then releasing a game that can be fixed afterwards.

Would you say that server transfers are late?

It does show everyone if you who by level range. As long as the result is below 100 that is the true number.
