EXTEND rakghoul event please!

I managed to get the title on my level 27. He also got all 9 codex entries, though i had to kill Infected Trapjaw twice. First time I gained the title, but not the codex entry. I did my homework, and knew the fights, so I was able to help prepare everyone for what to expect. That's probably the only reason they let me stay. Although i couldn't damage the level 50's at all, I could and did heal those getting hit by ae's. So I wasn't carried completely. I did help somewhat.

Yes, extend please. I just haven't had the time to do everything I'd like. An extra week would be perfect!

University had exams too now I'm behind on the event as well

Have we heard any news in regard to this? Or is BW just going to completely ignore this...?

Umm, pretty sure they made it clear on the date it ends. They don't have to say, "We are not extending it." If they have no plans to. Since they have not said anything, I am going to assume it will soon be over. Why are they required to say no plans have changed?

You can go in there at any level, (after you obtain your ship of course), the only thing level 40 about outlaw's den is the quest to find it.

I think the biggest thing that hurt this event was a pure lack of advertising. BW didn't need to give out any details of what to do, or even give any advance notice, but once it hit, there should have been a big splash page announcing it so more people knew to start looking into it right away, to see what the deal was.

Sure, some people got the clue from the news holo and the PSA's on the fleets, but not everyone did, and for any number of people who've been complaining about getting inffected unwillingly, there's been at least an equal number who complained about that until they were told what it was about and that they could get some fairly cool stuff, and then they were like "damn, I can't get infected fast enough now!"

I've looked all over, and maybe I've missed something right in front of my eyes (I do that easily enough), but the only official thing I've seen so far related to the event was a post on the dev tracker a couple of days ago, saying the event would be ending on the 24th.

Advertising, it really works guys.

p.s. About the extension, I'll /sign for others benefits, and because I enjoyed the event, though I've already gotten like 9 crystals and a customization so I'm happy.

Guess BioWare though no advertising on this is needed, you will discover on the fleet that something is going on. And then of course they may have hoped that people tell their friends of the event so that they start coming back (using the week for all those who had once a sub) to find out whats this all about.

I dig this idea of not advertising that there is an event going on, but just let the people who actually play the game enjoy that there are events.

Just sad that even people who are playing the game didn't understand the full extent of it until it was too late. Some of my friends only play on weekends and they noticed the news last weekend, but had already other (guild) plans, and when they logged in yesterday and saw what's going on, it was too late to do all the quests on Tatooine, for example. (One day in between required.)

I was surprised myself how many didn't know/didn't understand until Friday/Saturday. Some didn't care, but some were quite saddened that they learned about it too late.

Just saying.

I was asking if they said that the changed the plans. Not if they had said that they are still going to be keeping it the same end date as originally planed.

Perhaps I should be more clear? Or you should read more carefully?

Honestly I think alittle "Build up" to the event would have been nice. I mean I guess they kinda did build up to it what with releasing Kaon and then Lost Island (or whatever the name of the FP is). But hints and rumors as to it spreading out to different planets for a week or so before would have been awesome.

However it is their first ever event. Maybe they will take all the criticism and thoughts from the community and make the next one better?
