Trouble selling cybertech items on GTN

Since update 1.2 came out my main source of income has been seriously crippled. I made the bulk of my money selling spaceship upgrades (particularly grade 4) but since the update I haven't sold any at all on the GTN. I believe the reason is that the search window now longer returns all the items for sale when you click on the spaceship upgrades part of the GTN. Instead nothing shows up until you type in a specific name to search for. Now for new players looking to get upgrades for their ship, they won't necessarily know the name of what they're looking for, so to them it will appear that nothing is for sale.

I have literally gone from selling 2 or more full sets of upgrades a day to none in a single week. Last night I tried selling on the trade channel and got a few sales from people who said they had been to the GTN but hadn't been able to find any for sale. I don't mind direct selling every now and again, but it's far from ideal.

Also if you search for' augmented' in the earpieces tab it doesn't show Columi augmented earpieces with the others. The only way to show it up is to search for 'columi' or one of the other parts of its name. A lesser worry but still one that puts cybertech sellers in a disadvantage to sellers of other augmented items post-1.2.

Rant over :P.

Heh, so much for the GTN being "80% less stupid". (direct quote from a dev at the summit) It's actually worse now. The QA testers need a whoopin.

Yep relics and mounts also bugged in the same way. if you search for levels 2-50 you see them all, go with the default 1-50 and it looks as if there is nothing for sale.

I would like to continue this rant and back up my fellow Cybertech. 95% of my trade income comes from Grade 4 and Grade 6 Spaceship Ugrades. Well... until this Legacy Update, that is. I have sold one item since. Dozens listed. One sold. Perhaps the Devs do not realize that the ship parts are the big seller for Cybertechs. It's hard to make a living selling mods, armorings, droid parts, grenades... just not high market value for the cost of production.
But Ship parts... those are our golden eggs. And now they have been effectively wiped from the GTN by people who don't know they can specifically search the word "beam" or "shield" or "missile" or "armor".

And do you know what the kicker is?
I just hit 400 in Cybertech, Scavenging, and Underworld 2 weeks before this GTN screw up.
Nice reward. Thanx.

Just to throw this out there, yes, I have noticed that for certain items, when you search, it produces nothing. However, if you still want to search for 1-50 without typing in the name, simply change the item quality from All to the next one up, Cheap is it? The grey word. As soon as you do this, you can see all the items now.

I have noticed that tweaking a few options in the search will bring everything up, eg changing level range by 1, but this would suggest the search is not working as intended. So, with any luck it will get fixed, when is another matter though. Just hope it's before I completely run out of funds and wind up changing skills....
