I've redeemed the code - its added correctly to my account.

No ingame mail with my items.
I've relogged and waited for over an hour.

So... now what?

When you say relog, do you mean shut the game down completely?

Both.

Relogged as in switched character and restart the game entirely.

Which im going to do again now but it wont do any good after reading other threads i cant search for.
Its many pages further down.
