People need to stop talking about first year MMOs... SWTOR wasn't released when these other where and isn't competing with first year MMO's, learn from their mistakes and don't piss off your subs to the point they are all leaving due to rushed patches being released then patching patches... Also would like to point out when WoW hotfix's a failed patch its anything from 5mins-4 hrs downtime for a simple fix when SWTOR is 4-9 Hrs Why?

Corrected an audio issue that could cause a loud, perpetual "jet engine" sound that is most noticeable on the Republic and Imperial Fleets.
Corrected a rare issue that could cause players to be unable to access their guild.

Ok, I see your point, but it has to be said. No one I know of has ever died in a "flaming game wreck." My car is a little more serious matter when it comes to recalls for factory defects.

Unless you are a developer how do you know its not a MAJOR issue if they haven't released a patch note for this patch? For all you know its an issue that can corrupt the games coding allowing personal information to be leaked.

They take the servers down just as long as other mmo's, just more lately cause of their first major patch (that added things I believe should have been there in the first place, but they weren't so be it.) and it had issues, just like EVERY OTHER MMO's EXPANSIONS. So they had to bring em down more than normal, woops, their bad, but they are giving you a month and a days time back for the small downtime (we see as big cause it's cluctered) they have NEEDED.

Hoe many MMO's are you gonna have to play to get this? It happens in every single one. Only this is the first mmo to actually admit their wrong and rightfully make up for it. Never seen it before, EVER.
