Its a database call error imo, or at least a db flagging error (chars that are eligable arent fagged right etc.)

The character I'm planning to transfer was made during headstart also, as I suspect is probably the case for almost everyone on this forum post.

Could be an account database issue or w/e, affecting headstart enabled accounts. I dont know lol. But no on the hs only characters.

why are u all posting your "Destination server" ? this is not the official transfer database.. surely they are not that unproffessional. it just asks for your source server and character name so they can figure out why we arent getting through on the existing form.
