Playing since Release and don't get free game time

I have played this game since release pre ordered even but because i don't play as much as hardcore players because i have a family I'm getting penalized. My subscription hasn't lapsed, i was a following member on the site and forums years before bioware even mentioned a release date but because i have a family and a demanding job i don't get the 30 days free game time, even through i have been a loyal and avid follower of the game and development for years.

and bioware in case you look up my account and see this one hasn't been around for years take a look at one that has a contact email address similar to psyk@******.net (which was locked out and i couldn't make contact with customer support before the end of the pre-order timeframe and had to create another account) although i doubt at this stage bioware cares enough about my business to even look into this, seeing as though they aren't giving free time to the people who started at release and have kept the subscription going even though they don't meet criteria of people who get to play more......(I'm the kind of customer that doesn't demand new content as quickly as hardcore players as it takes me longer to get through it from restricted amounts of time therefore I'm paying the same amount as people that are playing the game constantly(i use less overheads than the hardcore players therefore bioware makes more money out of a player who pays but doesn't get to play as much))..........

Yes this is a wall of text and I'm just that annoyed i can't even be bothered fixing grammatical errors or spacing it nicely.

There is still time to qualify--how close are you to the criteria of either level 50 or legacy level 6?

not close enough
just unlocked legacy on one server(swapped servers part way through to go on APAC server)
and highest level is 34.

I feel your pain. I'm in the same boat, though if I don't qualify it's because of 100% me.

You see, I'm an altoholic (and I took a break a week before 1.2 came out). I currently have:

43 Assassin
37 Sniper - Same server
33 Commando- Same Server
32 Bounty Hunter - Same Server
21 Shadow
19 Guardian
14 Gunslinger - Same Server
12 Sorcerer. - Same Server

Just go balls to the wall. Even if you don't get the 30 days, at least have the satisfaction of giving it your all.

Know the feeling. I'm been subscribing since January but because I rerolled on a new server after levelling to 30, because the one I was one was dead, I've only now reached level 30 again on my new character.
Yet people who have been playing for half the time I have, and powered their way up to level 50 are getting a free month of gametime.
Hardly seems fair.

Yes exactly absolute crap been following the game for years played since release and no love because i make sure my real life comes before a game.... not that i have stopped paying them for the game so they are making money while I'm not on or can't play for a week because I've traveled with work.

I qualify but even I've been saying this, that they've screwed up with the 30 days free idea. The implementation is a PR disaster and gaming journo sites are saying for a game to be doing this so early on rings alarm bells. Considering they're also giving free time to people who aren't subbed anymore, to try and win them back.

I think someone at EA is scared of GW2 and are worried there is going to be a mass exit to that.

I do feel BW have lost the plot. They have messed up this 30 day thing, annoying loads of loyal people that won't meet the requirements but have been loyal for years and they seem totally deluded to the fact load of servers have low pops. So have no intention of merging servers and have stated they aren't even looking at it, as the game is healthy (look for the interview on Massively, Darth Hater or Gamebreaker for the video of them saying this). This is clearly deluded. Do they not play the game? Are they blatantly lying? I'd say the latter. There were way to many servers at release and now it's become an issue which they are refusing to see.
