Character Transfers Now Available for Asia Pacific Territories

Just an FYI in the HTML code it has been disabled.
Which means it is intentionally disabled not a bug.
By editing these I got the message "Your transfer requests have been saved" when clicking the button

Ok bioware how stupid u think we are, nothing has changed it still shows absolutly nothing the drop boxes dont even work let alone show servers or characters. I'm fully eligable, my chars been there since the begining of the game so grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Drop downs not working

Checked again since last GM update. Still only the two characters on server "he34" which I do not wish to transfer sitting there, but none of the characters from The Swiftsure which I do wish to transfer appearing.

In order to determine your Legacy XP on your selected Asia Pacific server, we will consider the Legacy XP Level of all characters you wish to transfer, as well as the Legacy XP already present on the Asia Pacific server (if any), and apply the highest Legacy XP value found among all your characters to your account on your selected Asia Pacific server.

For example, a player has three characters from different North American or European servers that they want to transfer to one of the Asia Pacific Servers. The first character has a Legacy Level of 5, the second is from a different server and has Legacy Level 7, and the third is from another server and has Legacy level 12. The highest Legacy Level here is Level 12. If you already have a Legacy Level greater than 12 on an Asia Pacific server, it will remain unchanged. If that’s not the case, when all of these characters are transferred to the new Asia Pacific server, the Legacy Level will be set to Legacy Level 12 which matches the highest Legacy Level achieved by one of your characters.

Is it linear progression? Ie 500k each level? If its not it would need to be reverted to a raw xp number, totalled then equated to the equivalent level. So 5, 6 & 12 may work out to be 18-19.

Question remains why these couldnt be combined.

Problem:
- Unable to see where the form is, not sure that there is even a link for it.
- Cannot see any characters (If there are meant to be) down the bottom.
- Request Transfers button is greyed out, which I'm taking is meant to be until you select a character to transfer.

Because the mount of xp needed to get to level 23 is not the same as 5, 6 and 12 combined.

Guys who cares about legacy XP when we cant even get the transfers to work seriously
