Not worth it. Players should be rerolling on servers with Heavy or Very Heavy peak hour populations. They would have the benefit of a basically 100% full server without the drawbacks of a huge wait.

That said, players only have so much responsibility for this. At some point, BW needs to get in there and do something. Or at least they need to give an official word on it and pay attention to the justifiable anger of their community.

Except that people did that only to find that that their new server too went the way of the dodo.

No, Fatman is the only safe choice and has the added benefit of eventually forcing Biowares hand on the issue.

The servers that I am talking about, such as Canderous Ordo, Jedi Covenant, Harbinger, Ebon Hawk, and a few others, have had rapidly rising population trends over the last month. They are very safe bets. Indeed, given that queue times are nonexistent on these servers, you wouldn't even have to wait to play. One would get all of the benefits of a vibrant and bustling PvP/PvE community without the Fatman waits.

Has anyone coined the term: "QueueQueue"?

If not, I demand credit.

So because you had the good fortune to get on a good server at launch, everyone else should go kick rocks?
