I just cancelled and opened a ticket for a refund request. (crosses fingers)

Hopefully some other story-MMO will get it right. Maybe The Secret World?

Another Fatman player here. Fatman is my first and only server. The last 3 nights in a row ive started my que at OVER 800 PEOPLE. Atleast a 30 min wait in some cases. Not to mention the previous nights of 200, 300, 500 ques.
We have more people waiting in que then some servers have online EVER.
Bioware needs to shutdown and merge servers. Too many servers for the amount of people who play swtor

But you can always go re-roll on another server if you absolutely must play within 10 minutes of double clicking the icon.

Lol good luck with that. I doubt any MMO ever has ever given someone money back for any reason.

can you blame people for wanting to play where most of the SWTOR population is located? I'm tempted to transfer my SW to Swiftsure since it's a heavy PVP server, but we can't do that yet. Server merges need to happen now.
When in doubt, AFK out... if it works in this game.

Queue time has been at an hour for the past three hours. I have two other friends on Fatman who logged in at the hour intervals, so that is how I know. Server queues are problematic for game health, especially given that players are already up in arms about a number of other problems with the game (As always, admittedly).

That said, BW needs to post on THESE forums and they need to calm the community. Outrage is not good for the game. I like this game and want it to remain healthy. Staggering population issues like this are death knells for games.

Exactly.

I rerolled on The Fatman, my friends rerolled on Fatman, we're waiting in hour-long queues...and we couldn't be happier. Now we can group!

You could do the same thing if you re-rolled on a server that wasnt overpopulated. Im not sure what your point is.
