DNA sample bug/vendor bug

Yesterday i was on tatooine making the DNA dailys, and i got my selft something around 20+ DNA sample. I've located the vendor, wanted the GreenBlack Crystal that i've spent 1MIL on DNA SAMPLES.
I was with something around 170 DNA SAMPLES. (The Crystal costs 83). Went to the vendor with one stack of 99 and the other with 68(69) if i is that correct. I bought one crystal +41 Expetise (83 DNA SAMPLE cost) and than I ended up with 16 DNA SAMPLE. This wouldn't be a problem if i didn't spent all my money on that, I want my DNA SAMPLES back, because I still need one GreenBlack Crystal.

How long does it take to some1 from BW answer this, and nobody did anwer my in-game ticket tho.

You gotta be kidding me, I got two of my tickets "LOCKED" status and no anwer been given. Thanks BW for the "SUPPORT"

Hi there,

First of all, please make sure you only post one ticket on an issue.
Secondly, if a ticket is locked, it means it has NOT been closed, it simply means you cannot edit or update it right now, because a support agent is looking at your ticket and handling the issue.

As Sparxysparx has very correctly pointed out, There are three different status messages for ticket that are commonly used within the ingame portal:
  • Open - The ticket is open within our ticketing system and awaiting a CSR response.
  • Locked - The ticket is currently being reviewed by a CSR agent and as such can not be updated at this time
  • Closed - The ticket has been closed and as such you should have received a response regarding it's content.

The fact your tickets are locked means they are currently being investigated. We also ask that you only enter 1 ticket per issue as adding multiple tickets will not result in a faster resolution.

They've deleted one, an the remaining is now "OPEN" status.

I can assure you your ticket has not been deleted. Sometimes when the ticket is passed over into our bugs team for reproduction and investigation the ticket disappears from the in-game portal. As you are reporting a bug with us today it would not be unusual for this to happen

Same thing just happened to me!

I had 130x Samples and bought a Crystal which the vendor says costs 83x. When I opened my inventory, I had 16x left instead of 47x! That means the vendor took 114x.

Basically I'm missing 31 Samples!

I spent all weekend grinding these and it's very, VERY upsetting and completely destroys the fun of the event and game. If I work for something, I really do expect to reap the rewards for my effort!

I submitted an in-game ticket, but am posting here in case others have the same problem! I assume it has something to do with the stack of 99, as the OP pointed out.

Please help fix this.

Just got the Ticket Support contacted with Live Chat, asking some questions and he said some one from item restauration team will contact me further.
