1.... I roll JK Senti pvp. In fact i will stay with my BM gear i will just upgrade it with WH mods. Dont wanna look like some sick space mantis

To be honest. Most of the current Orange set, epsecially for Jedi's are almost as bad as the new sets.
I have about one gear model I like, and that's a social vendor bought one, meaning, no augments slots.
So all in all, I'd still like to see some hard changes to the Republic side gear.

The color changes in regards to spec. I might just remind you all, that I only took sceenshots of one set per class.
Most of the sets have about 3 different colorscemes. E.g. the Trooper one also comes in a bright red color. I found the Orange one to be the most suttle tho. :P

Hehe. I actually think the Smuggler gear is semi desent. If it weren't for the greenish colors and the fethered hat. So makes me think Robin Hood.

0 on Jedi Knight PvP and PvE gear, both look terrible, are they wings on the PvE gear?

0 on Consular PvP gear, pink apron and marigolds?! 3 on PvE its okay but looks wrong somehow

6 on Trooper gear, quite like the PvP gear

4 on Smuggler, PvP gear is okay

Overall I would give 1/10 because Jedi gear is just terrible.

Some of you have made scores for the individual sets, which I found a to be a great idea, as it will show exactly where the focus must lie.

1 - JK PvP - Looks more like a space gladiator than a JK
3 - JK PvE - Looks desent apart from the wierd looking shoulder thingys. Still dull colors tho.

4 - JC PvP - The pink set is the Shadow set, the Sage set is more white with red linings, but still. Set looks good overall, just not really like a Jedi Consular.
3 - JC PvE - Looks a little egypthian, which I dig. But then again, something is just off, can't put my finger on it. And again, it just doesn't look like a Jedi.

2 - Smuggler PvP - Looks a bit like a crossover between the race you encounter several times in Belsavis with two eye on the side of their head and an intubated Sandpeople. Just looks really wierd to me.
4 - Smuggler PvE - Looks so much like Robin Hood. Apart from the fethered hat and the green colorsceme, I actually like this one. But it's still not even close to "cool-status". More just a plain set.

7 - Trooper PvP - Looks fairly good.
6 - Trooper PvE - Looks like most other Trooper sets. I like the hat, but hate the wierd looking shoulder thingy.


So the average score for me is 3.75. I'll round it down and go 3-10 tho. Simply because only the Trooper sets and part of one smuggler set cuts it. And not by far.

Sigh..

I give it a 1. I give Sith side a 1 as well. I REFUSE to equip my Assassin to look like a Sea Kelp Monster.

I honestly thought the Imp gear looked desent. But I guess being republic and all, I'd do anything to get away from the Robin Hood and Space Cowboy suits.. :P
