Anyone find the 3rd spawn location? I only know of two and it's been 2 hours.

I found one of the spawn points. It was far below the edge of the clif. I almost died to get there. I still need to find where do I get the recipies. I checked on torhead and there are at least 3 different crystals that can be crafted using this new material.
