Hey guys, I'm bad with computers so please be gentle. I'm experiencing high amounts of FPS lag so I wanted to know exactly what it is I have to improve in order to be able to play this game smoothly:

Operating system: Windows vista home premium (6.0, build 6001)
Language: English
Manufacturer: EMACHINES
System Model: T5224
BIOS: Default system BIOS
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 1534 RAM
Page file: 1177MB used, 2698 availible
DirectX Version: DirectX 10

Name: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT
Chip Type: GeForce 8600 GT
DAC Type: Integrated RAMDAC
Total Memory: 753 MB
Display Mode: 1360 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz)
Moniter: Generic PnP Moniter

If there are any suggestions that will improve my gameplay it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advanced!
