I have to wonder how many of you folks ranting about the downtime have ever worked in an environment where you had a software deployment this large. I don't like the downtime but I do understand it. I work in a software environment larger than SWTOR (not user base but the sheer number of transactions done per day dwarfs this game) and have come to understand that downtime happens. It's just the nature of the beast.
