Makes no diff whether any Games that follow SWTOR have been hyped or not,

My gut feeling is that this house of cards will come tumbling down as soon as anymore new Games hit the market,

Based on the fact that people are running scared to high pop servers, they are abandoning their existing chars, some of which are lvl 50's, and re-rolling onto servers that have higher populations.

This is a bad sign, pure and simple.

You can gloss over it, pretend its not happening, but it is.

I honestly do think they should just convert it back into what it really is, a Single Player Game,

Charge a single purchase fee, and forget the MMO,

Remove the PvP,

Let us run with 3 companions,

Then retune all the Flashpoints and Heroics for 1 player and 3 companions.

Job Done.

just a thought

With such great ideas... i can only say, keep the thoughts to yourself.

Deleted. No point. Everyone is TLDR these days. +See Sig.
I still miss 1990s FMV. I miss Wing Commander 3-4. I actually don't want a game. I’d prefer CYOA interactive movies any day. Until then, video games are the closest I can get...

The game came out 4 months ago, everyone needs to calm down. This game has so much potential simply because its set in the SW universe. SW is massive, so much goes on and Bioware can and will put as much as they can into this game.

Blizzard just pulls stuff out of their arses into WoW.

And i suppose you, as a doom and gloom prophet, watched in your crystal ball the future of this game and the solution to avoid its impending doom?
1m FPs with companions and no pvp? seriously is it even possible to think and type this kind of thing at the same time?

You know, you should roll on hello kitty online.

Have you actually tried tera? I have and the engine can easily, and i do mean easily, handle fights with 100 v 100. Been in them and there was zero lag and no drop in frame rate that was noticible, above that (approx) number i start to see some slow down but i havent seen it unplayable yet.

Compare to SWTOR that grinds to a halt if more than 8 people are in the same spot. Its engine is 100 times better than the hero BS that swtor uses.

None of these games have staying power. Why? Because they lack a community. There is no way that a person should be able to go from level 1 to level 50 with little to no interaction with other people..

Not everyone has the time to spam chat for hours trying to get a group formed and all to the starting point. I end up just playing solo because of this. There would be more group playing if /when they add LFG instance finder that forms the groups and transports you to/from your current location as is done with warzones.
Even with WZ if I want the daily I have to leave my quest area and travel to the fleet and then back to my quest area.
If I leave SWTOR it will probably be due to this factor and the time consuming interplanetary travel.(and don't say 'lazy' because who wants to spend their alotted game time hunting for groups and traveling.. not worth it)
