+400 presence from 8 classes of companions

Lot of people seems to not understand how works this thing.

To begin, there are 2 things: the bonus to surge, crit, accuracy,... and the presence bonus.

The bonus to surge, crit, accuracy,... are unlocked when you get 10.000 affection with one type of companion (tank melee, tank ranged, dps melee, dps ranged, healer). Dont need to be of the same character and only counts one time. So, if you have in total 3 chars with his/her melee dps companion at 10.000, you only will get 1 time the bonus.

On the other hand, every companion that reaches 10.000 gives to you a bonus of +10 presence. So if you have a total of 13 companions at 10.000 you are getting a +130 to presence.

To sum up if you have 4 melee tank companions at 10.000 affection, they will give to you +1% to accuracy (one time only) and +40 presence.

That is not 100% correct, my M4 is only at 9300 affection, but he also grants me the bonus and is unlocked in legacy!

Just to clarify, the guilds summit presentation info was thus;

You only receive one unique bonus from each companion subtype, so only one boost to crit etc...

You receive +10 presence for *EVERY* companion you max out, regardless of duplicates. So that gives a total presence bonus achieveable of;

Human unlock: 100
Companions: 10 * 8 * 5 = 400
Datacrons: CBA to work it out

So without datacrons you can achieve +500 presence just by maxing out affection on 40 companions spread across 8 characters on a server. And yes, it is very noticeable, especially on lower level characters!

... so anyone who does not want to play both sides is at a huge disadvantage when it comes to the presence stat as you lose 4 characters with 5 companions each, 20 Companions overall which means 200 presence less for imperial or rep only.

I don't think that'll work unless you have 4 imperials and 4 rep characters, meaining two inquisitors with say Khem Val x2 on max affection will only grant the bonus once, you'd need a republic toon with a melee tank comp maxed out instead... so anyone who does not want to play both sides is at a huge disadvantage when it comes to the presence stat as you lose 4 characters with 5 companions each, 20 Companions overall which means 200 presence less for imperial or rep only.

I have all 5 (agent) companions at 10000.

Only 3 companions give me +10 presence bonus and no other bonus at all.

Bug or intentional?
