I am sorry I have legacy 11 and got nearly 1 million credits and all i did was 27 dailies i guess(considering i have 27 daily commendatations)

So where is the point.... you didnt ''grind'' anything id say.... cos if you lvl alts thats not a grind considered by population and if you did flashpoints/pvp till legacy lvl 22 you would have 2 million+ EASILY!

Then I guess I won't have it, and BW will probably not have my money much more. I'm still going to try it out for a bit (still have 10 days left), and see how it goes. It's a shame BW still does not realize that people will stick with the game longer when they can do what is fun for them, and be rewarded for it too. Not try to force people to do something they do not really want to do. Sure, I could do something I do not really like to get something I want, but that is not something I want to do in a game that is supposed to be for fun.
Sorry to break it to you, but FUN is a relative word, and NO GAME CAN CATER TO EVERY INDIVIDUAL so he personally will have 100% fun... I for example find it FUN that there would be NO ITEM with epic colors on their tooltip UNLESS you killed nightmare mode that would be 10 times harder than it is now... etc

But so is not the case and i still play... and have fun.

The point is you want something but are only willing to do something you like ... this is not the case IN ANY (or barely any) videogame that you will EVER PLAY! Keep that in mind when choosing next one. Its the same IRL FYI

Perhaps because some of us were hoping to see some of our legacy content before we get a toon to level 50?
And what part of legacy do you want to enjoy pre-50 ??? I see really not much useful pre-50 except well the presence buff is good but this one is for rerollers, the reduced fleet and fast travel passes are useful rest is meh... but upcoming changes are good IMO.

Suck it up and get to 50.... its too easy in this game.

Now to repost what a guy above me wrote

Please understand that you are a casual player an therefore not eligble to ALL of the games content. You cant have both. Period.
Its just the way it should be... thanks Bioware!

It's simply because they don't like to grind.

You mean getting those legacy levels was not "work"? As it stands those levels are absolutely redundant because of the absurd credit costs on the skills. It might as well not be legacy features at all.

I think THEY SHOULD lower cost but if they DO SO they should DEFINETLY INCREASE LEGACY lvls... i only had 1 char to 50 (and no alts) and i was legacy lvl 6...

So someone who lvls 3 chars is legacy lvl 15+ easily.... (and does some pvp dailies)

But legacy requirement is very low (from 5-15 mainly)

so if they lower cost legacy should be starting at 15+ so you need atleast 2 lvls to 50 doing pvp/ops/fps/dailies or atleast 4 alts to 40+

but now its ok cos those who only have 1 lvl 50 can achieve something through dailies, those who only pvp will took them 500x more time, and those who lvl XY alts will get it cos they will get lots of credits.

I personally think there should have been a "talent" system instead of this credit foolery. You get one legacy point per legacy level and can purchase all those legacy things via them OR fork over the credits. Right now all it does is to favour staying at one character and doing dailies in the entire time you can play and not levelling alts which legacy was all about.

That is NOT entirely true... it rewards people who invest their time into selling/grin ding/professions learning and using them and finished part 1 on 1 char atleast.

Basically this legacy gives ''alot'' to altoholics with presence buffs and affection farming....

it also gives alot to endgame pvers who spam dailies and fps/ops with credit sink and reduced fleet fast trave cds...

And so on and on

1.2 is nothing more than a cash sink update with some bling to hide that fact. No rated warzones is the final fail by BW on this title as it will soon have only the fanboys left on the one populated server per zone. It's a sad thing that EA did to us by pushing this game to live by Christmas to make $$$ knowing danm well it wasn't ready!

Thanks for the "free" 30 days you sent me BW, but I still wont log in.

As a casual player with time commitments and out of game responsibilities, who is lucky to play more than an hour a day, and whose highest character is 35, I have no problem with the cost of the legacy items.

Keep in mind that the legacy reward unlocks for all your characters, present and future, so you should expect to pay a high cost for them. They are a one off charge for permanent benefit.

I have no problems making money. I do a lot of crafting. As the crafting does not take away from regular game play, there is no reason not to do it. In fact, I made 1 million credits off the GTN this morning before work.
