Yes, because - despite being four months old - the game rocks

I'd like to know if there exists a "silent majority" that is unsubbing. Frankly, I've been lit up like a barn fire everytime I've posted, so I don't blame people who are quietly going away to avoid being told to "Stop QQ'ing" by all the 'hardcore gamers'. Those hardcore gamers, I'm told, are just transient fans who will drift to the next MMO (hopefully soon).

Query the forum database for users with less than five-ten posts since release and cross-check with a query for in-active or deactivated accounts. It could be that the folks posting complaints are the ones leaving, or perhaps not. I'd just like to know if that's water you're pouring on the fire, or gasoline. You may be making an assumption that could kill your studio.

Better yet, SQL being as useful as it is, query the deactivated accounts of frequent forum posters... ...and read their unedited, undeleted, unremoved posts. Odds are, the most recent ones will be telling.
You may be disappointed. Battlefield Heroes is one example where the forum users only make up 2% of the entire gaming population and people who threatened to quit, didn't.

42 mins if you have the patience.

Yes.

I was very pleased with patch 1.2

Yes it does have its share of bugs, but that is too be expected. Also I know some are disappointed that certain features were not implemented this time around but I would prefer they be done right, not fast.

And the biggest reason I will continue to resub.. because EA finally accepted my credit card!

I cancelled my subscription tonight.

I feel like I've been playing a monthly fee for a game that I end up soloing. Finding a group for a heroic, or a flashpoint has been a chore. I eventually got tired of waiting so instead I leveled my character. And ended up missing a lot of the game's content. Some type of LFG would have helped.

So from now on I'll buy a single player game, and be content with that.

Well buddy I don't know and don't care about your specific case but dissatisfaction about finishing the content too quickly is really a joke... I mean some of us have lives so whenever we sign up for a game like this we knowingly go in knowing that we'll probably never get the full content experience - and that's fine because that way it'll never end for us. But you play perhaps many hours a day in the game and that's what you get - finishing the content and getting bored with it.
It's like in electricity - you just can't stop and you pump more and more power and eventually the resistor (your fun) burns out.
So you just can't come here and say "hey BioWare, apologize for not having enough content for me to go through during my daily 5-hour sessions".

There's those who unsubbed because BW chose to give 50s a free month.

I'll sub for at least one more month. After that I might sub again depending on how much I like Diablo 3 & how much time it takes up. The game is still fun for me right now though.

Nope.. not even going to use the "free month".

I kept my account active to wait for 1.2 and sorry to say I'm not even remotely impressed.

Most days I can't even bring myself to log in to this game and when I do I can't even force myself to play for any longer than an hour.

There's "some" cool ideas here but Bioware really needed to do more, they needed to be more courageous and not just copy every other themepark MMO since Everquest. They needed to NOT play it safe and bring us a truly amazing experience.

As it stands before 1.2 the game was already mediocre. Even the story, the amazing epic story they were spouting about is bland and completely predictable. I mean I knew how my very first 50's story was going to end when I was 30 and no because of spoilers.

To top it all off I waited, thought maybe 1.2 might be worth it, but unfortunately all 1.2 did was add more mediocre game play on top of an already mediocre game.

Really sad, really disappointed that this game, that should be at least and 9 on a 1-10 is really only a 4, 5 at best.

So because the game is only 4 months old we shouldn't expect it not to suck?

Hey I'm all for arguing that a new MMO needs a chance to grow, but when it does grow it actually needs to improve... not just stay the same.

It has improved. Drastically.

Not trying to keep you around, you're obviously going to leave or keep QQing, but the game has improved. Every week.
