There are aspects that can and should be fixed. But they've done a decent job overall. Everyone that's unsubbing - Why don't YOU make your own MMO? Developing and coding a project of this scale is a monumental task. I'd like to see what you can come up with... on your own. By the way, I feel it fair to mention... all those that are looking forward to Guild Wars 2... the publisher, NCSoft, also made a little MMO called Aion, recently gone F2P. Let me know how GW2 works out for you, mmkay? /rantmode = 0 Actually Aion is totally awesome now that its f2p and they put out the biggest patch of recent thats FREE. Ya know, that statement that BW made about 1.2 lol. Rift has put out multiple LARGE content patches as well. BW must have meant largest as in size of download. There is no way on this planet that UI controls, 1 war front, 1 op and maybe 1 raid = 12gigs. Its the WORST coding ive ever encountered in 15 yrs of gaming.

We all know these companies employ psychologists I wouldn't be surprised if they made legacy the main feature to solve there server problems by having everyone re roll and thus playing longer. Either way you are right and the bait and switch tactic will hurt them, those of us that have put in considerable time into our chars are tired of waiting. The new options available to us have become far more appealing than they ever were. The customer is always right you just don't always have to listen to them.. at your own peril
