I'm fine with this as long as they allow 8 man normal pvp ques so we can actually practice .... its all very well doing 4 mans but that isn't going to reflect and 8 man premade - also i would like to play with my guild and not random rage noobs who make the game crap.. :P

I seem to have misplaced my violin.

In more important news i have a target dummy.

after the last patch mess do you really think they would release something that didnt work? would you rather they released it, then the pvp shards go down due to a bug? or would you rather wait a week or 2 and get something that doesnt have to be patched all the time?

and yes i do pvp, but i have been learning to wait for 35years in real life im quite happy waiting a few weeks on a game.
it also give us more time to roll over newly dinged 50s in pvp

Hardcore pvp these days consists of farming Wz the whole day. Thats it. It's like you pve'rs not getting any ops/raids, and you could only farm 3 flashpoints the whole day. Don't tell me you wouldnt QQ on the forums.

Again PvP gets run over by a useless vanity roleplaying feature. GG.

Atm this game is like early WoW, except with no way to kill other players then in WSG and AB. And you can only sit in IF and UC.
And a lot of Pvpers dont take games as seriously as you %15 QQing over this minor setback do, to some of us its just fun and a grind for gear and other perks. "Damn it JIM! It's a game not a profession!" *shakes fist*

But you still didn't answer the question. As a self-proclaimed Hardcore PVPer, what is this ranking giving you that you don't have now, other than distinct gear?
a rank to brag about and grouping with people who know how to pvp thats about it from what i can tell, wanna talk about harcore i was a grandmarshal on 2 wow toons in vanilla now thats hardcore.

And you're arguing perspective. I'm an adult as well, gainfully employed over 30 years now, not that it matters much.

If your shop has never handed out rain checks because a manufacturer missed a ship date, or never sold a TV that your tech knew had under-spec'd filter caps in the high voltage section, then you're a minority in retail, and don't sell any Samsung TVs in that shop.

EXACTLY THIS!!!!! this is what PvP'ers are mostly pissed about. Guilds were getting organised with multiple premades etc. Personally i was SO excited about the 8-man.

P.S. 8-man queueing was 75% of why i was so excited for 1.2. (MY OPPINION)

i know for a fact i would'nt advertise samsung tv's for $99 for 3 months and on sale day pull a raincheck at 9.01 when doors open......

For a person to be found liable of contravening the s 35(1) provisions of bait advertising is dependent on the person’s knowledge during the TIME of when the advertising was directed to the consumer. The s 35(2) provisions, creates an absolute liability towards the advertiser, by obliging him or her to offer the goods and services which is ADVERTISED to be supplied.

One of the elements of the s 35 provisions is that of reasonableness, and reasonableness will be dependent on the nature of the product that is being advertised, as well as the LENGTH of the sale of the advertised product. In ascertaining reasonableness, past practices may also be taken into account.
