1.2 without ranked WZ. Good or Bad?

They stated many times already that the time from 1.2 to 1.3 will be shorter than the wait from 1.1 to 1.2. So it's more about 1-2 month tops.

OT. I'm fairly sure BW didn't do this to simply piss off people. They said they gave us the news it wouldn't make it as soon as they knew themselfs. I swear, some of you people act like spoiled little bratz. I too am a little disappointed, but rather have them pull it, than it being a total failure just like Ilum.

first scenario

they pump out the rated warzone... its all buggy.. it doesnt count wins.. or it rates you wrong...

reaction: people ***** up a storm, scream they quit....

this would definitely happen. they would scream how incompetent bioware is... truth... seriously dont tell me you wouldnt. I know lots of people would but NOT EVERYBODY

second scenario

they take out the rated warzone because of some last minute bug they discovered. that way they can fix it. and dont look incompetent.

reaction: read previous threads.... people ***** up a storm, scream i quit....

they still lose faith and claim bioware is incompetent. LOL

so... message to bioware... dont listen to the forums anymore... no matter what you do their nature is to *****

plain and simple....

you cant make them happy.

here is a good analogy...

a restaurant brings you a piece of chicken and its sat on the counter to be delivered. You see it. you know its yours. as the waitress grabs the plate to bring to you... she is stopped by the chef... speaks to her and takes the plate back...

the chicken wasnt fully cooked. so waitress comes back and says your meal will take another couple minutes. They wanted to be sure your chicken was properly cooked.

You would be surprised how many of the people whining is actually adults. Sad but true.

Believe it or not no ranked with 1.2 is a good thing.

Let's face it folks with the faction imbalances and the hackers, bums, and cheats present in warzones still it would have been meaningless.

As it is we have a better gear progression, a new tier set, and a new warzone to play with.

Introduceing a ranked system without decent population of teams would take ages geting games Xserver games need to come with that for sure.

Good ole bioware pulled a bait and switch. Props to them for having the balls to do this.

Let's see who resubscribes next month though after we lose consumer confidence.

I personally think they just used the WZ angle to firstly make the patch seem like a GOD patch and secondly to make more people re-sub ahead of it $_$.

My game time runs out in a few days so I'll check out what's in the patch then not re-sub.
