I was able to do it with no problems. Try this, instead of that stupid windows+r try this

1. Click the windows button in the lower left

2. At the bottom, where it says search for programs, type in cmd

3. When cmd appears under Programs, right click on it and select Run As Administrator

4. Type in the netstat -n -p tcp -b | more

5. Find the ip address listed with swtor.exe after it (probably something like 159.x.x.x)

6. Type tracert followed by the ip address you found in the previous step.

7. If you're playing on a west coast server, read the giant ping spike on lax112 and say fuuuuuuuuuuuuu

8. If your name is Knutzsupreme, email the tech support of the company that owns the router and beg them to look at it

Ill have to type it because for some reason when it opens the file (MUI - cant find text file) it is unreadable.

Tracing route to 159.xxx.xx.xx over a maximum of 30 hops

1 1ms 1ms 1ms BoB.Orcon [10.1.1.1]
2 688 ms 664 ms 670 ms lol.rasl.nct.orcon.net.nz [60.234.8.201]
3 682 ms 373 ms 385 ms xe-1-0-0.crel.nct.orcon.net.nz [121.98.9.12]
4 382 ms 383 ms 406 ms 121.99.12.0
5 686 ms 697 ms 712 ms ae2-213.lax20.ip4.tinet.net [173.241.131.241]
6 767 ms 781 ms 803 ms xe-11-3-0. sjc10.ip4.tinet.net [89.149.182.69]
7 848 ms 868 ms 777 ms as6461.ip4.tinet.net [216.221.158.110]
8 495 ms 515 ms 537 ms xe-5-2-0.crl.sjc2.us.above.net [64.125.27.90]
9 602 ms 621 ms 578 ms xe-1-1-0.mpr1.sjc8.us.above.net [64.125.28.17]
10 531 ms 626 ms 662 ms 209.66.92.106.t00673-04.above.net [209.66.92.106]
11 768 ms 798 ms 798 ms 159.153.68.46
12 607 ms 556 ms 547 ms 159.xxx.xx.xx

I only hve five days left of subscription. I don't mind resubbing if it looks like the problem is fixable, but dont want to pay for another 30 days if nothing is going ot happen.

i'm not having large issues with those spikes come and go sometimes but right now the server i'm in it's empty, so i'm not sure if that will be a main problem once the servers will be merged.
I got the same thing no tracer txt in harddrive. I just typed it out. I know it sucks but at least they can read it (perhaps)
