I don't.

I play at night, and this is right in the middle of when I'm normally on.

Glad it works out so nicely for you. For me, it's less time I get to play, and considering that I pay for it, I don't particularly appreciate paying, only so you can play more and I can play less.
Pllzzzz STOP THIS!!... i'm peeing my pants now... this MUST end!..... lets just all agree, your right and Bioware are wrong, you can be the new MVP for the week and YOU WIN!!!

Awww man what am I saying... carry on, entertain us some more, this is what I am really paying my subs for.... real life ENTERTAINMENT

But I tend to think of days as business days, so anything on Tuesday counts as being on Tuesday. Even though it won't be a full 72 hours, it will still be 3 days.

Although I suppose you could make the argument that for the West coast it's only 2 days sense it will actually happen at 10pm on Wednesday.
Since we live on earth, and the common definition accepted by the whole of humanity for the term day is one 24 hour period..... I win.
Either you work with me, or I shoot you in the face.

Prime time by definition is never "for you" it's the time in which most people are able to do something.

When I worked the graveyard the time I had to do things was quite different then most other people, that did not in any way make it prime time.

So your whole argument if faulty because you're trying to base it on a term that doesn't mean what you are saying it means. You can not claim something like prime time to be individual.

So are you going to refund everyone West Coast and Oceanica that loses prime playing time, since it doesn't bother your time?

$14.99 / 30 (avg) = $0.49

4 days of early downtime a month = $1.99

12 months in the year = $23.98

Therefore, I guess anyone in Pacific Timezone or Oceanica, should get the opportunity to pay about $24.00 less per year for their subscription than Europe and East Coast.

Yep, I'm good with that. Make it happen!
Look, we got four or five of the main characters on this ship. I think we're gonna be okay.

Considering the size of the patch and, consequently, the increased odds of something going wrong with the implementation of said patch, I would rather they allow for extra time on the back end instead of performing the maintenance at normal time and losing those couple hours for patching or troubleshooting.

It's not even remotely realistic to think such things, and yet, these forums seem to breed the most incessant hate I have seen in a forum setting, in a very long time.

I will be continuing to play. So will my girlfriend. We are happy with it, we enjoy it, and we look forward to it's future.

Really? MMO's that just launched? I remember for the first couple of months of WoW in vanilla, downtime was when it was needed, and that was a lot and sporadic. You couldnt ever know if it was going to be down or not.

Yes, my quote, pertaining to the people complaining about how FAIL this game is.

Different topic altogether.

Why don't you look up my posts in regards to the change to Midnight maintenance from back in December / January.

You'll see I'm pretty consistent on this subject.

Umm no... You said you're losing 2 hours, not a full day.

So that means $15/30 = .49

.49 / 24 = .02

So you're losing a whole 8 cents a month.
