What differentiates voices?

So I've only been able to roll one toon so far and I'm curious, is it body size or class that determines what voice you will have? I know in groups everyone's voice is markedly different. Right now I'm a size 3 trooper and I sound all manly but if I roll a size 1 Jedi Consular will he sound like a kid or will he have a generic consular voice?

It's entirely by class. And gender, of course.

Ah damn. I really wanted my consular when I roll one to be a young boy or girl because that's the only way I can justify to myself that I'm throwing rocks at people.
