It's a good thing you're not the CEO of a game company. Server mergers are the death knell for MMO's. If you want to guarantee subscription shrinkage, merge servers. I should think Bioware will try anything and everything else before taking such a drastic measure.

Lololololol, I suppose next you're going to tell me that going FTP is the death knell of an MMO as well, funny thing that server merges normally come right before an MMO goes to FTP and that games that go FTP and move to a micro transactions model normally have their revenues and profits improve substantially. You really have no idea what you're talking about, and it's quite funny that you think you do.

It's super easy to fix this, stop moving to The Fatman and find another server, in the end there queue of 300 people and could well increase as the population of another server, and so prevent both traffic through a single server.

Apart expect happens after the patch, perhaps many servers to increase their population and if so, I think bioware and EA should merge only the servers that are always in ligth free choice or leave a transfer.

ALL THE SERVER "PORT NOWHERE."

my English is not very good so I used the google translator.

This ^^ i wish i had a queue (not too long mind you) on my server, but i never have to wait in queue because the server is pretty much dead, even at peak times.

So stop complaining and count yourself lucky.

you think it's funny now? Wait till 1.2 hits.. we'll see whose laughing then.. :P

they should offer free transfers off full servers with queues sometime shortly after 1.2 dropped IMO. That should help the problem.

Support your argument with cited facts and maybe I'll listen - aside from that, I'll respond with my own speculation - there's quite a bit invested in this right now, and not just Bioware - Lucas has his name on it, so it will be quite some time before this goes FTP. The game is still too new, if they over-estimated on the number of servers, better to make the change sooner than later. An older brand, like say 'WOW', server merging would be a sign to stockholders of impending crisis, but on a new game, hardly, just poor planning.

FYI - I've been on Fatman since pre-launch date, my guild was placed there, it wasn't a choice. And after the first weeks, we went months without queues until the last couple of weeks with the new free trials, hence the new complaints. Most of the people on there are in similar situations, so we have the right to come to the forums and posting our grievances just as much as anyone complaining about low-pop servers. The people turning it into a pants dropping competition over who has the biggest problem don't get it and need to work together.

ok I give.. How long is a "mounts".

I know it's a typo but I just couldn't resist to say how stupid that sounded within a stupid post.
Does that mean it's "double stupid" ?
If I'm not back in 5 minutes - - - - Just wait Longer.
