If the service is not up to the standards of quality that the costumer expects/or is promised, then that person is entitled to discontinue subscribing to that service. The service, in this case SWTOR is responsible for producing a steady stream of content for their consumers to enjoy. Failure to do so = Sub losses, which = profit losses.

The use of language is important, as demanding is what mobs do, requesting is what the civilized among us do. Yes, a lack of expansion will inevitably loose subs, however that does not make those expansions an entitlement.
