I have felt for some time the class is broken, for Assassins and Shadows alike. Just doesn't really suit a purpose to Warzones, they are by design, for brawling, and skirmishing, dps, Shadows and sins, are not designed for this. Tanks I think stand a far better chance of survival, but that's what that skill tree is for. At least for them, they can probably survive long enough in a WZ, as an Infiltrator or assassin, your survival time is greatly reduced, before your toon is dead, and need to respawn.

Me in full tank 31/0/10 and a Sentinel and a Commando rolled a 4 man with your DPS KC hybrid tank in it. They are especially squishy when they can't pop their needed cooldowns I encourage all these people to continue to spec DPS stats with a KC hybrid build. Your instant cast Force lifts and lol 3k projects make me laugh.

31/0/10 in DPS gear is OP, they wipe just about any DPS HP bar 2-3 times before they die...That is just flat out wrong. They need to be doing about half of the DPS they do now in PvP while wearing DPS gear.
