Greetings Ravenmoor,

Did you try renaming the Launcher.exe file in your SWTOR directory to launcherabc.exe and then running the FixLauncher.exe file again?

Greetings Ravenmoor,

Please go to www.swtor.com/download and download the setup file again and run it.(Please run the file as Administrator and add an exception for SWTOR_setup.exe to your firewall and anti-virus software).

This will reinstall the Launcher, it will not download the game content again.

You should also check that you have the latest Service Pack and Windows Updates installed for your operating system, including the optional updates such as .NET framework and Visual C++ features.

Please also ensure that you run the Launcher with Administrator privileges.

We hope this resolves the issue for you!

Greetings TaylorMD,

Please confirm that you have completed each of the following:
  • You have the correct time, date and time zone settings on your PC and on your account on www.swtor.com
  • You ran the FixLauncher.exe file
  • You renamed the launcher.exe file in the SWTOR directory to launcherabc.exe and then ran the FixLauncher.exe file again
What is the exact error message that you are getting on the Launcher?
