Is this a known bug?

I just checked this on my Operative with the +9% cunning talent. When I use the stim (+136 cunning, +56 power) it gives me +122 cunning, +46 power. An Assassin and Marauder guildy both reported theirs giving +117 mainstat, +36 power.

From my understanding, the stim should grant stats equal to 136 x 1.09 = 149 cunning.

Does anyone know?

I can confirm that the rakata stim is inaqurate. i gain 46power and 118 willpower on my assassin.

It's a known issue. The stims were changed a patch or two back, but the tool tip wasn't. Supposed to be addressed in 1.2 I believe. I think there was a dev post about it quite awhile back but I don't want to go digging.

Hope they fix this. Exotech should not give better stats then rakata.

Except that since the rakata are reuseable, they do. And will almost certainly continue to do so.

The Rakata Stims were nerfed a few patches ago but the tooltip was never updated, so you are getting the right stats, the tooltip is just wrong.
