Yesterday i was having problems with an error stating that the login service is not available, after listening to your quick feedback i attempted to perform all the solutions with no success and then decided that a full re-install might solve my problems after attempting to do this and reinstalling the program whenever i try and launch the swtor launcher i get an error once i try and login that reads the server is not responding, i run windows 7.

Hello Feeworth,

Seeing that you already tried a few possible solutions for this issue, we would like to ask you for a launcher log. You can find it the /logs folder of your installation and it will help us to determine the cause of the connection issue.

Thanks.

Thanks Feeworth.

Could you please try to flush DNS? You can do by clicking on Start -> typing cmd into the search -> tying ' ipconfig /flushdns ' into the command prompt.

We hope this helps.

Have you been able to flush your DNS successfully? Also please turn your router off for two minutes and plug it in again.

Are you using a wired or WIFI connection to your network?
