So do i. I donīt have THE MAIL yet, so it can be perfectly normal, but can someone of the support service confirm us wether this is normal or not? I wonīt like to hace my EGA and find that i have to redownload and install the game again, iīd rather know if there is any problem today, so i can be ready when i get THE EMAIL.

Same here. As you, I do not have the email yet, but I just want to know if this is normal. I though we were suppose to get "No active subscription"
