There was a guy that works at my local GS that was downing this game hard. Saying it lacked content....game has been out since dec. What do you expect? Every MMO starts with the same amount of content. Then we wait for content to come out. Thats how this works. Thats how MMOs work.

Actually, by enumeration, TOR launched with MORE content than any other MMO has to date. And they added more barely a month out from launch, and are now adding a LOT more with 1.2. With more coming, including to all 8 storylines.

yes

it's a fun game. great stories. great game play. I like the voice acting, it's refreshing.

I can see myself playing this game for quite a while, I would like to have played every advanced class at some point even though it means multiple servers.

Absolutely yes!

I've been an MMO player since 2000 (maybe 2001, those years are a little fuzzy...) and this is the best MMO experience I've had since my Everquest: Planes of Power days.

I love having an MMO that forces you to slow down and notice what is happening in the game universe (aka: story). Even if you spacebar through what questgivers have to say (and lets face it, after you've done the same daily 5 times, EVERYONE spacebars), you're at least semi-concious as to why you're killing these mobs or collecting these ground spawns. Its awesome!

My sub date will see me renewing for another 3 months.

Been at it 3 months and think I've about hit the wall. Not many people on from midnight on so finding groups for stuff is a pita and I'm tired of leveling new toons through the same old quests and planets.

LFD tool would of helped me greatly but I found out it won't be in til 1.3 so may unsub til then.

I dont feel this way. I feel they left out content that should have been releaed at launch and waited untill just about the time peoples 3 months subs run out to release it.
(kind of like the "founder title", at the 30 day mark)

Then i feel they repackage recycled content and pitch it to us as something new, i.e new gear, new species combos.

Trying to get you to re-roll just so you spend more time online.

Dailies and weeklies, IMO feel like a way to get people to continue to sub by creating almost like an addiction in which you log in to work more than just enjoy and play in the universe they created. IMO this feels like a low and cheap tactic.

If you are enjoying this game then that is awesome. It has alot of fun factors, this is just MY OPINION.

I love the storylines, i love the game, i love korriban as a planet, but I feel cheated. I feel like this game was so focused on the WoW crowd and competing that the focus changed from fun to only business.

I understand trying to make money, its a business after all...but you have to love what you do. I just dont feel that love went into this game.

Take leveling from 1-10....awesome, great storylines, immersive worlds.
Just enough to get you into your character, just enough to get you to subscribe; but after chapter 1, I feel the storylines drop some what and you enter the same old stuff.

More noticable when you level an alt and your main questline takes a back seat

You do know that there are 8 totally unique storylines right?

My first 50 ( a consular) I went thru all the sidequests and stuff.
My second 50's (a trooper) I concentrated more on PVP and its unique story line.
Im now rolling an Inquisitor witch is the mirror image to the consular, but the storylines are not the same at all, and the side quest on the imperial side are totally different.

There are lots of stuff to do, just gotta go do it.

Plus, I joined an excellent guild that runs both sides, so I always have People to run with. If im not helping guildies level, they are helping my inqusitor out on the other side. We do HM's all the time, and Im never alone.

You all should try this, it makes the game a whole lot more enjoyable.

And if you still dont like it, you can always cancel, this game is not for everyone.
Yoda : DO or Do not, there is no try.
Me: Play or dont play , There is no whine.

Been playing sing beta and won't stop for a long, long time. Even from the great launch this has just been a great game.
