I wonder what percentage of the people clamoring to "MERGE SERVERS" or "OFFER TRANSFERS" are now going to be the ones complaining that "I CAN'T GET MY ORIGINAL NAME!"

It's ALWAYS going to be something...

I am on Trayus Academy server ( pvp, eu) and we have 15-25 people at fleet in rep. side at peak times.

My server is already dead.

Bioware, pls allow transfers or merge low populated servers as soon as 1.2 comes out.

But the people on the 10 servers that are actually populated will tell you that everything is fine!

180 people on Rep fleet tonight before I logged out. And 40 Reps on Alderaan with plenty of Imps running around for target practice.

I could care less if i have my original name or need to rename my toons or even change my Legacy name (doubt that one though). Being on a more populated server is reward enough. it is only a game so names mean nothing to me, but I dont like playing an MMO solo all the time because i am the only one on the planet. If I wanted that I would dust off KOTOR and go at that again.

I must say I'm actually quite surprised that there is this idea of a so-called server merge wabbling around people's minds. I, for my part, consider a real server merge as a technical challenge and rather think BioWare is going to offer free server changes, hopefully with the release of 1.2.
Otherwise I'm going to quit TOR since it's just not fun playing a MMORPG on my own.
Furthermore, I really don't understand why BioWare doesn't comment on that specific issue since it's an ubiquitous discussion on these forums here.

Moved of 1 server that died. Now this server im on is dropping dnt wanna make another char on another server plz can we merge servers soon. Or if a merge is to complicated char transfers.

We are paying customers after all
