If they remove grapple, then they need to remove all knockbacks and other force pull type abilities too please. Also get rid of sprint when you have the ball.

As a BH I can say what the others have said, grapple wont work all the time. It can also be reversed. Just most people dont realise this. Positioning quickly and using YOUR knockback can push a BH back into the trap.

Honestly though, I don't think these people will be happy until BH is nerfed into being unplayable, or just removed from the game. Whiners always whining.

Sorry, but I'm not sure I understand. My point being was that if people cry over grapple in Huttball, then the next thing people will cry about would be force speed in huttball, and then next force leap in hutt ball = It never stops until people learn to play.

I know very well, that Consulars and Assassins needs those skill to survive on a battlefield. However, Huttball is more a sport, then a battlefield, as you need to score goals, to win instead of kill the enemy, and from that point of view they have an edge with those skills, just like grapple is a good defense skill in Huttball.

I don't see people locking people on fire pits a lot. Mostly I see people white barring people before they hit the fire pits, and then they run into the goal line totally white barred out.

Sometimes people get caught on the fire pits.

I seen smart players avoid being knock off the upper levels in huttball or being knock down to the second level. However, grapple allows you to pull said person exactly where your standing and the person grappled can't do any thing about it.

Personally, they should just change grappling to be like force push, but acts like a force push in reverse. Thus, if your in the upper or lower levels due to physics or mechanics in the game and depending on your position and your opponent's position you can overshoot or undershoot your pull target area.
So grapple uses no postioning? Hmm LOS,distance, and of coarse resolve which wastes it 90% of the time come into play. Add to that the fact that just pulling the ball guy back 10 feet does no good so i save it for when I can pull them to a spot that I know will ethier reset his run or cause a serious delay. Not to unlike being on a ramp defending and being blown off to ground level and out of the the way for a long enough time to make me moot in defence, thats when I use grapple to pull the ball guy down to me. So yes grapple takes a huge amount of postioning and timeing we dont just use it willy nilly all the time. Unlike knockbacks which can be used at will on any bridge or near any obstical like fire and acid.

I was crossing the bridges in VoidStar with some others when an enemy ran up and tried to push us off to our deaths. I was blown back a bit but stayed on the walkway, but the guy next to me went over the side. I was just about to hit the key for an attack on this guy when up from below came the grapple from my falling team mate and it dragged the enemy over to his death also. In this case, revenge was served hot and immediately, like within a half-second.

Took me about 15 seconds to stop laughing in amazement that such a thing could happen in a video game, and that a player in such a situation would have the presence of mind and reflexes to pull it off.
I know right! While it can be annoying at times for the players, it can create some epic skirmishes.

And it's even better if you're watching it from an outside perspective. I remember I was stealthed while watching the enemy ball carrier and his pack of helpers going through the field and up onto a catwalk, here comes my team to head them off from the spawn point. Fighting on the catwalk, a couple weak but amusing knockbacks, where one would knock off 1 or 2 people, only to have them charge back into the fight, or knocking one into the fire, but having him walk back before death.

Then here comes this perfectly placed knockback from the ball carrier(after at least a minute of fighting) that just sends everyone but their team off the ledge just as they were walking past the fire trap, and down to the end zone.

It was just entertaining in general. I hope to see a lot of huttball epic videos eventually.

And this is completely true. Having the pull with my Shadow, I might get that game-saving pull to work half the time. If that, so many times I've tried to pull them into the pit while they were crossing over the fire trap. . .only to have them hit one of those pillar/beams and then just keep walking.

I know it's a new tactic for me, and eventually I'll get better at it, learning where and where not to use it. But it's not guaranteed simply due to how the physics are(and how often their resolve bar is full)

Only because those players were gosh darned amazing. Look at the class on paper, as that's where true balance lies. Never adjust for the skill of players, just go by the facts which are the numbers.

I said OP healers are ****ed because they have no movement altering utility (or really any utility) which helps win WZ's.

No gap closer (someone is going to say "bbbbut stealth is a gap closer" and I sincerely hope someone in the same room with them slaps them for being dumb)

No positional modifier (push, pull, knockback, etc). THESE ARE KEY to the flow of gameplay. Even snipers have a knockback that can be used to help with objectives (even if it means the sniper has to be frickin' amazing with movement/positioning/situational awareness to pull off).

Also the most lackluster survivability tools in the game.

Compared to sorc healers (pull, knockback, sprint, bubble)
Commando healers 2 knockbacks (if spec'd for it, 1 otherwise) rotating bubble/proc'd defenses (I run a non-force user pvp/pve guild with trooper/smuggler AC's only and mando healers are tanky tanky bastards and I love them. They also did have need of some rebalancing/nerfing in some areas)

I love OP/Scound healers. I do. They try hard, and they're usually more skilled players overall. But the class itself makes them fight an uphill battle while dragging a fat chick behind them in order to succeed with it compared to the other healers.

Even just something as simple as giving op healers a "pulse" grenade that's aimed like mortar volley (or throwing the huttball) that serves as a 5m aoe knockback would help the class immensely in securing a valid place on an organized WZ team's roster.
