Let me start off by saying ordering on Origin was a nightmare. I've been trying to pre-order the game for weeks, but the origin website's payment never worked, and the live chat "specialists" were of no help. I FINALLY got it ordered by downloading the Origin software and buying it there. I bought the Digital Deluxe and received my Pre-Order Code. I redeemed in right away. I didn't receive a Product Registration Code, but it said "You will be notified by email of your early access time at a later date."
I didn't download the game client, since I already had it (from Beta testing).
Every time I try to log in, it says I need to "Activate My Subscription," but I can't do that without my Product Registration Code. I've scoured every single email and spam folders; I never received one. I've emailed EA/Origin off the hook, but I've gotten no response about the code...
It's 4 days until launch... I highly doubt I'll get that "Early Access" I was promised. And I've been trying to Pre-Order since November.
Help?

You don;t need the product code to get early access.
If you do get early access you will be notified by e-mail and you should be able to log in.

The product code e-mail from Origin haven't gone out yet, I think.

Besides the fact the early access is ' up to' 5 days, depending on the date you registered the pre-order code.

I checked that thread, and I'm confused. The grace period seems to pertain to payment cycles. I'm saying that I never received my product code.
Are you saying that this is normal and that it will be sent to me soon?

Origin Digital version's product code will be sent to you by email, starting today (December 16th)
