It's East/West. . .NOT Left/Right. . .NOT Grass/Snow

In the warzones I play most people run around like headless chicken, including myself, so it's only very rarely that some poor lvl 47 veteran bothers to instruct about anything, whether snow or west or up or down... lot of newbs in there trying to avoid falling into the chasms and dying before reaching the actual battlezones etc. There's a definite slapstick element at play. Fortunately for me, no one will notice my mediocre FNG performance.

I encourage any experienced PvP player to enter a random PUG 10-49, you won't believe what you see.

This may be specific to my server, but more likely to a lot of new players arriving.

So yeah, brackets of 10-25 and 26-49 might be a good idea.

Not this again. Yes every civilized person should instantly know which side is east and which is west and only ever use those directions henceforth.

But as I've seen ingame, 50% of the time when you write "inc east" people will go to west. 10% of the time they'll ask "is that east from my side or yours?"

I find that "here" and "there" are always right since it's always relative to me

I find most people mess up east and west becuase they dont understand the compass. Neat trcik to help you remember Never Eat Shredded Wheat. I love when ppl say west and go east so silly left and right is so much easier I think for the masses of young kids that dont know how to read a compass.

I am sticking with Grass/Snow. Always works

Thats wehy snow grass works. Cardinal direction requires your teammates checked their orientation on main map. Grass is always grass, snow is always snow.

Now if they could just color the doors in voidstar.

For the Coast, it'll be NW, NE, and South? The Southern one isn't between the other two, although it is mid map between the two forts.

VS colored doors would be nice... blue/green, red/purple, gold/silver- or something like that.

I can never remember which is "grass" and which is "snow", so I just don't respond to calls.

I don't know why people can't figure out east / west.

On some maps the mini map is flipped, so I'm just going to call things left and right... others are going to have to deal with it. And I don't get why left and right are so confusing. If you in the respawn point and I need help and call left... exit the spawn point and go left in Void Star or click on the left speeder in Civil War!!

I like it best when someone trys to tell me I'm calling the wrong thing. I call "Left" they say that is "snow." Well, they knew WT F I was talking about, which is all that counts.

No one sees the irony of using east and west in voidstar? A ship floating in space?

There is no north/east/south/west in space. It would be a different vector on each planet, and vectorless in the void.
