Hey I just found out what the deal is with the code already redeemed...all is well...u need to wait for the email to be sent for you to play...i guess the 3rd wave just got sent...they will be sending more and more until the 15th...so the earlier that u preordered the sooner u will be able to play...hope this helps

RELAX!!!

I was in the same situation, entered my pre-order code but wasn't able to see it.

Enter this link and you'll see if everything is ok : https://account.swtor.com/user/games

So again, relax, take the time check things up and READ, you may find the answer more easly then by panicking!!

Not panicking but when your client tells you that you have no subscription and need to click here to activate, you have to wonder what's wrong don't you?

Either something is actually wrong and needs to be dealt with of bioware has done a lousy job of putting out information about what to expect. It's clear as mud when you read what's on your account site. It first says you need to enter and activate a code then has a code listed right below it. Real clear huh. NOT

It is confusing but you're fine. If you haven't got 'The Saga Begins' email from Bioware then you aren't in yet and your account isn't flagged for EA. In the email you'll be given everything you need to start playing.
