Question About Guild Invite for PTR

My guild submitted an email to test the PTR and we haven't heard back. Today I went around to re verify with everyone they patched and logged into the PTR. One person said he didn't. Does this mean everyone else won't be able to get on? Or will everyone else but him get on? our guild is 10/10 NM, so I don't think we would be disqualified for not having enough experience.
