No Cross Realm LFG tool please!

If you spoke to me like that in game on the same server, it would be the last time you played with me. I would also tell the guys I play with to look out for you and they would. That has already been the occasional case for me an several people I play this game with.

You call me a fool but this isn't WoW's population that includes a neverending influx of fifteen year olds. Theres maybe 200-300 players on the server I play and that number hasen't moved. So yeah, keep pretending that you can be a troll and it will never catch up with you in this game as it stands now.

geek with no life hate crossrealm /LFG tool because they can't know each other as much.

Casual poeple who can't waist 20min+ to find a group don't want to play any game without a cross-realm /LFG tool anymore.

Rift tryed the random LFG going non-cross realm and it was a disaster (45min+ queue time for DPS) so they went the cross-realm way.

Like it or not I doubt that any MMO can hold 1M sub without going the cross realm LFG.

Random x-realm LFG wasn't any better for rift and wait times for dps actually went up on some servers because the misery was spread evenly then.

WoW held 6+ million "geeks with no life" without any LFG let alone x-realm.

That's pathetic. So much for community.

LFG tools should include the entire community, not a sub-section of a community.

I guess cross server warzones are also out then.

I really don't see what's so bad about giving players a choice. If you don't want to use cross-server lfg then don't use it. This really isn't a hard concept. No one's asking for a system like wow where you get a goody bag or tokens for using the lfg system. We just want to be able to run content without having to wait 1 hour+ just to get started. The most difficult part of group content should not be finding a group, it should be the content.

No, they nerfed the content at least a half dozen times before I stopped playing, and I stopped playing because my server (like many others) was dead; I canceled my sub shortly before they announced the transfer system, but I wasn't really willing to resub at that point (although, if they hadn't axed my forum access right when they gave everyone's account a free week, I probably would have). They switched about 1/3 of their servers over to trial servers to get the remainder of the player base consolidated.

they had already done massive nerfs and dealt with massive hemorrhaging of subs.

The fact is that you can't support the idea that the nerfs happened and accounts bled out as a result of xshard lfg... and that's less "agreeing to disagree" and more "can't support argument"

1) was a bug that got fixed and queue time for almost everybody went down a lot. Even as a healer I had 30min + queue on a healty server before they made it cross realm.

2) Things change if they would remove the cross server /LFG and /LFR do you honestly belive the game wouldn't see a massive un-sub ? Casual player represent the big $ and most casual player want it.

I'd realy like to see an in game poll about that and I bet you a week of pay that cross-server /lfg would be voted as a yes by a mile.

Get over yourself. Blatant disrespect? Do you people live in some fantasy world? "Some sort of consequence"? Are we back to attempting to control/modify behavior to meet what you and your particular chronies consider to be the acceptable norm? Good luck with that, and I suggest the "ignore" button. Here's a hot news flash, it's the internet. We all don't hue to the same societal norms, and sometimes you're going to get your delicate feelings hurt by straight talk. It's both its blessing and its curse. Deal with it, embrace it, or pull the plug out of the wall.

Parsing through these posts, what many seem to want is a closed loop community where they can attempt to impose their view of what is "right and proper" on the rest of the server...or there will be "some sort of consequence". Otherwise known as "controlling". Thanks for making my argument for me. Sieg Heil! right back at you.

It was 6+ hours for mid level tanks/healers on some servers without finding a group (that was 6pm to just midnight EST). My server was more than an hour wait average for level capped support/dps. I gave up after 2 hours without finding a group on multiple occasions.
