you are sending out conflicting information and already contradicting yourself. i should be in with the last november wave despite whatever server problems you have. its not my fault, i *KNOW* for a fact that as soon as i got my email i entered the code. i'm not an idiot. and i'm being screwed here. i already contacted tech support and got the usual auto reply. should i call?

wow and your tech support line is non existant, just says "we're busy" in about 5 languages and hangs up. that is the worst tech support i've expereinced, not even an option menu. i really hope things change or i'm going to lose what little faith i have in this industry.

i am not going quietly into the night this time and just taking it i have your customer service number on auto dial constantly. i am constantly posting, and am going to keep this thread and info in your face until you anwswer me or credit me for your negligence. i'm used to mmo crap, but this is a new level of either incompetence or complacency.

MMOS are NOT A 9 to 5 job. they are 24/7.

if you cannot understand that, dont run a mmo. treat it as your life, as we do. otherwise you are just going to hear more and more ranting. take steps to fix it. dont go home and pat yourself on the back for another days work.

as far as i'm concerned you havent helped me one bit, maybee other people. yet i've been vocalizing my problem as soon as i could and as consicely as possible. now i'm just to the ranting angrily part because of being ignored.

sqeaky wheel gets the grease? well.. grease me if you want me to shut up then. everyone deserves an answer to their complaint.

so now the phone support doesnt even pick up it just goes to the operator saying it cant make the call.

my advice, keep calling and try to crash all their systems maybee they'll call someone and wake them up to come fix something.

you know, csr work sucks, but its like EA goes out of its way to make it exceptionally painful.

has *ANYONE* gotten to speak to a real human on the phone? or even a reply that isnt automated from CSR rep on the forums or email?

its taken days, just to get an autoreply and likely will launch before i even get a reply. well then my problem will be fixed by them and they will have a 5$ scam complete.

i know it says "up to 5 days". well. my wave was in yesterday.

i dont care about excuses, or apologies. an answer with a reason and compensation would be nice. i'm guessing thats just wisfhul thinking at this point.
