I'm wondering if I have to call the support to reset my security questions? I'm one of these hearing impaired guys, and I've had a look. Unlike EA, this doesn't have the live chat support... and I'm pretty sure I've answered my security questions right..

Did you perhaps use capital letters in the answers ? Is your numlock on and your caps lock off ?

Both could make for a hard time entering your answers....
