Ignore the fact that DoTs could easily kill you after you died in WoW.
Dying from damage and being interrupted capping a node are 2 separate issues. They didn't change it so DoT's vanished upon the caster's death; they made it so a single warlock couldn't defend one flag against 5 people. It's the exact situation here and yet somehow people think its a valid "strategy" implying that it requires skill to accomplish.

why is it the wow players are so easy to pick out?
Yeah it's not like Blizzard has been balancing a similar battleground system for over 7 years. They certainly don't know ****.

If you have a sour taste about wow or its pvp balance that's your right, but there is no denying that they have made many changes resulting in a much better experience.

It is relevant because DoTs are nearly worthless in SWTOR aside from interrupting caps. They are also easy to remove. DoTs barely do any damage in SWTOR.

It requires as much skill as zerging one door on Voidstar while the other team is RNG'd behind the Force Field, or as much skill as removing them.

It's a valid tactic. Just like defending a turret with 1 tank and 1 healer against 4-5 people at once is a valid tactic.

Thats not capping while stealthed. Keep trying.

A broken mechanic getting fixed isn't shifting blame from my "lack" of skills. Keep trying.

Ummm.... this is about defending a turret by yourself. You can permanently stealth mez somebody unless they use the CC-breaker.

Who is losing DoTs?

The only thing you specifically are losing is a large quantity of easy mode tears.

Wrong, this is about defending a node while you are dead.

that must be why you're playing Wow right now...

oh...

here i thought this was a different game weird.

You know i think it's ******** that jumping on people's heads doesn't do damage. Mario has shown since the 80's that this is a successful and balanced format for combat. So your argument automatically loses!

The fact that you think wow invented pvp is why no one takes you seriously
